Audriana Hogg

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate

Life doesn’t come with a guidebook, and sometimes it can feel like you’re navigating challenges without a map. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, or relationship concerns, Audriana Hogg is here to help you find your way forward with compassion and support. Audriana believes that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and her role is to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strengths and build the life you want.

Audriana is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina, with a warm, collaborative style that makes therapy approachable and empowering. With extensive experience in community mental health, she is passionate about helping individuals and couples find clarity and balance in their lives. Her practice is deeply rooted in holistic care, focusing on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and empowering clients to move forward with confidence and resilience.

For individuals, Audriana specializes in working with adolescents and adults to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. She also supports clients in building emotional intelligence, navigating life transitions, and finding balance in their daily lives. Her training in Brainspotting offers a gentle yet powerful tool for processing trauma and resolving areas where clients feel stuck, allowing for deeper healing and personal growth.

When working with couples, Audriana draws on her certification as a SYMBIS Assessment Facilitator and her training in the Gottman Method to provide evidence-based, tailored care. The SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) Assessment helps couples gain a deeper understanding of their relationship dynamics, strengths, and growth areas through a highly personalized, research-based process. Whether you’re newly engaged, navigating a long-term relationship, or recovering from challenges, SYMBIS helps couples open up important conversations and strengthen their bond.

Audriana’s Gottman Method training equips her to help couples improve communication, resolve conflicts effectively, and rebuild trust. This approach is based on decades of research into what makes relationships succeed, offering practical strategies that help couples reconnect and create lasting, meaningful change. For clients, these qualifications mean that Audriana brings a structured, insightful approach to relationship counseling that is focused on both immediate concerns and long-term growth.

Audriana earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and entered the field driven by her natural empathy and a desire to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health care. She has a particular passion for working with survivors of trauma and members of the military community, offering specialized support for their unique experiences.

Outside of therapy, Audriana enjoys playing guitar, singing, caring for her plants, and spending time with her husband and their son. She is a lifelong learner who is continually expanding her therapeutic toolbox to better serve her clients.

If you’re ready to take the first step toward a brighter and more balanced future, Audriana is here to walk alongside you. Together, you can work toward greater self-awareness, healing, and emotional well-being.
