If you’d like to verify whether your insurance is in-network or determine your specific copay, email us at admin@willowgracecounseling.com. We will confirm your coverage and help set up a free consultation with one of our providers or schedule your intake session.
If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, we can still support you in accessing potential reimbursement. We provide a superbill, a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.
To use a superbill:
Check with your insurance provider to confirm your out-of-network benefits, reimbursement rates, and deductible requirements.
Pay for your session at the time of service.
Submit the superbill we provide to your insurance company for processing.
Please note, reimbursement is dependent on your insurance provider’s policies and is not guaranteed.

Willow Grace Counseling is a Clear Pricing Project (CPP) provider for the Aetna-run North Carolina State Health Plan. This means we are part of a special network offering $0 copays for counseling services to employees covered under the Enhanced PPO Plan and the Base PPO Plan. If you’re a teacher, state employee, or eligible under the NC State Health Plan, this is a fantastic opportunity to receive counseling services without additional out-of-pocket costs.

We offer competitive self-pay rates for clients without insurance coverage or those who choose not to use insurance for their sessions. This option provides flexibility and privacy, as no insurance company is involved in the treatment process.
