In this 8-week guided counseling group, you’ll explore how inherited family experiences shape your life—and how you can reclaim your story. Connect, reflect, and heal in a supportive space.
Group meeting times:
Thursday evenings: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST (20 March - 8 May)
Friday mornings: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM EST (21 March - 9 May)
8-week group counseling experience (closed group, max 8 participants)
Meets online via SimplePractice (secure telehealth platform)
$240 private pay ($30/session, paid upfront). Sessions can be billed to BCBS and Aetna and are covered by some insurance plans.
